I have a Moto Z2 Force and it doesn't show up as an available device on my phone. General. When you turn on the headphones, it clearly says "I'm looking for a device". I regularly connect this phone to three other BT devices so it's unlikely to be user error. Just in case it was my Z2, we tried it on my girlfriend's relatively new Moto Z4, but it just doesn't show up as an available device either. Got the headphones charged and thought it might help (I agree it doesn't make much sense but wanted to try everything) but a full charge doesn't matter - neither the Moto Z2 nor Z4 can find this device when it does actually sends a pairing signal at all.
