TSLA Women's Waterproof Rain Jacket (Yellow)
I really like it, the small size doesn't fit so I can layer underneath. I wish it had regular pockets instead of pockets where I have to go through three velcro straps just to get my hand in my pocket but I don't have to worry about anything falling out I guess lol. The hoodie covers my forehead which I like so my glasses don't get wet all the time.
