I ordered this knowing the mounting screws were NOT included. The screw sizes suitable for this are M5 style. I bought an internal mount for my truck to mount a few small things so I ended up using M5 .80 threads and they work great. In general, however, this is RAM. I like RAM products because they are versatile, you can use them on almost any mounting base. These little mounts hold up great, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the mount doesn't list the size of the screws, which I can understand as the company knows these mounts can be used for almost anything. So the research led quite to the luck of standing in the hardware store and finding out which screw would fit. As a system, however, you can't go wrong with RAM. These are reliable products and there are a decent number of aftermarket products that use something like this if you know where to look depending on the result you want.
