Our Keurig only made a quarter cup of coffee and the hot water came back into the water tank from the bottom. I have tried every remedy recommended on several websites. Keurig customer service told me I need to buy a new machine. My last option before giving up the car was to try a descaling agent. It took a full day with multiple breaks to get this product into the system (remember it only produced a quarter of a glass on each try). Instructions then called for three tanks of water to be run through the system to flush it out. I thought it would take a very long time and that it really doesn't work. What was my surprise (and relief) when half a glass came out on the third try with the first tank. Then, on the fourth and subsequent trials, the cup filled through all three wash tanks. This product saved me from buying a new car! I highly recommend this descaler and plan to use it regularly to prevent this situation from happening again.
