I needed a cable to connect my Google Pixel 3a to my TV so I can stream video when I need a big screen. Thought this cord would be perfect. Instead, I had to download a schematic app and change a few settings on my phone to get it working. Every time I plug it in, I have to run a test to make sure all settings are enabled (casting, USB tethering, etc.), and to do that, this sketchy app needs to be responsive. Half the time it doesn't even work! And the app listed on the box isn't even the right app! You have to go to the brand maker app for it to work! Very disappointed and upset with this purchase.
