UPDATE: I contacted customer service through the email that came with the instructions and they gave me a full refund on this product. I originally ordered this product because I felt my handwriting on the glass screen of my iPad Pro 10.5 was sloppy and I thought a paper screen protector would solve this problem. I have read numerous reviews of various versions of 'paper' screen film and this product seems to get the best reviews (except for the Paperlike brand which is not currently available from Revain). The installation instructions are very confusing. because it comes with two different instructions each telling you different steps. I had to scour the web to find a decent instructional video and when I found a video that explained everything well, it turned out it was actually for a different type of screen protector - the Paperlike brand! Then I attached the protective film easily and without any problems. At first glance, the matte finish of the screen protector was very appealing, and I also liked that it significantly reduces glare. However, when I felt the texture of the screen protector, I was shocked at how rough and uncomfortable it felt. Reading the reviews I realized it would be a bit rough to achieve a "papery" feel, but I didn't expect it to be so rough that it would make a noise when I was using the run your fingers over it. I thought the Apple Pencil might make less noise, but I was wrong - it was just as loud. Overall I am very disappointed with this product and consider it a waste of my money. Perhaps the only benefits I see with this screen protector are some protection if my iPad is accidentally dropped and an anti-glare effect. Prior to installing this screen protector, I had another screen protector that I was happy with, in addition to the fact that the glass screen was difficult to write on. I removed my previous screen protector and can't seem to reinstall it. I hope this review helps anyone considering purchasing this product.
