I wanted to take photos and videos while hunting with binoculars. I installed this at my home to try it out. It took a bit of tweaking to get my Samsung Galaxy S5 to align and focus with the left binocular hole. I had this on Vortex binoculars and was able to easily capture clear highway video over 1000 yards from my window. For the price I am very happy with this part. Seems to be good materials. I actually had to twist it at an angle to get the phone (out of the case) so it could line up properly. As other reviewers point out, it moves when I touch the phone's screen. I also don't think I can just leave it on my binoculars when I take them into the field. For long range animal detection this is probably great, but for quick use of the binoculars while walking I think the animal will walk away before I have a chance to adjust this setting. I'm really looking forward to taking him into the field soon and hopefully getting some great shots. I wish the film was wider and pushed further out so I can use it on any eye hole and keep my phone case on my phone when attached to it. I dropped my phone while wiping it from the system and I was very lucky to be able to fix it.
