These filters do a great job of keeping Miss Kitty's toilet smell fresh. The only reason not to give it 5 stars is that it's a bit annoying to install. When the filter is new it is very swollen and tends to stick to the fins that hold it. I think it's more of a design flaw in the special (Petmate) giant toilet. The fins are designed to hold the filter between themselves and so on. At some point, weaving a puffy filter may not be so easy anymore. However, it works wonders once.
