I haven't worn a bra for a long time but my posture is slipping so I bought it for posture correction. I'm not sure if it does the job, at least not what I expected, but I still give it high marks for the comfortable fit. Padded shoulder straps provide additional comfort. I have sloping shoulders so the straps on most bras will fall off my shoulders no matter how much I adjust them, unless it's a racer or criss cross bra. The straps of the bra in this product will not fall off due to the high back. All the posture correction bras I've seen state that you should only wear them for 15-20 minutes at a time for your muscles to adjust. I wore mine to work and put mine in it for the first time for a typical 9 hour day and had no problems. Support is made from material that's slightly stiffer than the material used in a typical Victoria's Secret racerback bra, but without underwires. Please note that this bra has no padding. So wearing bras to hide your "glasses" may not work. For those of you who don't like the hard material against your skin, I wear mine over my soft, thin tank top.
