A great alternative to the bobo ball

If you've been to a gym for the last ten years, you've probably come across the bobo ball, an exercise machine invented by Satan himself became . And don't even make me start a burpee boss. The bosu ball is great for making anything you can do in the gym even more difficult by adding a stability exercise to it. For example, you can use it to do push-ups while lying on your side on the floor and try not to sway as you move your body up and down. Or you can put the flat side on the floor and do squats. The possibilities are endless. This SPRI balance ball is a cheaper copy of a Bosu ball as far as I can tell. But who cares if it works the same way and costs less? The weight is big, not too heavy but feels strong enough for a big boy like me to support his full weight. A half ball is basically a yoga ball, but maybe a little firmer? And most importantly, the ball doesn't slip or skid on the hall floor. If you want to make your workout harder, look no further! Don't waste any more time with a bosu ball, trust that this alternative is just as good.
