I like the profile and fit of this chair, but I think it's overpriced. I almost canceled my order but it was too late PRODUCT: APPEARANCE: 5 STAR Good profile, great looks, good chrome plating, clean welds QUALITY: 2 STAR - Chair Cushion. NOT DEFAULT. Sat for less than a few minutes and the pillow stays flat for several minutes before recovering. I'm not a heavy person, with my other chairs the cushion lifts when I get up. This is normal for the occasional chair, a cushion will not hold up if sat on regularly in my opinion. - Pillow for hands. barely there. It's also fine for the occasional stool. With regular use, it doesn't last long. - rear frame. A heavy person should not "fall" in this chair. The back of the chair "hangs" from 4 screws behind the metal frame, rather than the back "resting" against the metal frame. They probably did it for aesthetic reasons so the screws wouldn't be visible from the back - legs/arms metal frame. Good quality, even seams. Clean thread, metal screws went through smoothly. COMFORT: 3 STARS - Uncomfortable compared to a regular sofa or lounge chair. But it's better than a plastic or wooden chair. PACKAGING: 5 STARS Well this chair was carefully packed. All exposed metals are protected from scratches. The pillows are wrapped in a kind of protective cover. There were blocks of styrofoam to keep the parts from dangling during transport. The screws and L-key are securely sealed with tape to prevent loss.
