**UPDATE NOVEMBER 2020 **Customer service was fantastic after reading my review. They took the initiative to send me new packaging and it looks like the broken stools are all part of the same bad packaging. Since then everything is fine. Since I have a surplus of washcloths, I didn't have to buy more. I was very happy with this purchase because I accidentally bought 2 packs! Glad I did because it cleared up in 3 weeks! Such a crap. Grocery store loofahs lasted me 6 months and this puff couldn't last a fraction of that time! Yes, it's very soft, but now it's just an unraveled pile. Very disappointing!
