It could be hit or miss with this particular phone.
I liked this phone because it looked like an old retro phone. I updated my bedroom and thought it would add a lot of flavor to it. Everything worked fine the first day, the next day the volume on the phones was either very low, going on and off, or just doing nothing. You don't even hear the buttons when you press them. Very light in weight. On the back of the phone there is an option to turn the ringer on or off. (No voice or ringtone volume). Another area that says "Pulse" or "Bell" and turns on automatically.
