Very user friendly and excellent support
The most useful feature of this product for me has been its ability to integrate into my existing system (Salesforce) which makes it easy to pull in data from multiple sources within one view.
They have also created additional modules such as reporting which are very helpful when looking at more detailed information about specific suppliers/products. This software can be slow sometimes so I would suggest testing out all features before purchasing but overall not much dislikes other than maybe some bugs here or there! We use kodiaks rating to help identify our top performing partners who we work closely with across many different industries including FMCG products, automotive parts, chemicals etc.

- I have been very much looking at Kodiak Rating for about a year and a year and a year but the system has been very helpful in our company as it has been easy to use and very easy to integrate the system into our existing system
