Diagonal stripes and logo are reflective. The gloves are hard as cardboard and very uncomfortable, I am so unhappy because I thought they were soft fleece. So tight you can't grab anything. The seams chafe your fingers, while the Omni lining with small silver dots keeps your hands warm. I'll update this after wearing it for a while to see if they soften. I have Columbia gloves which are soft and fleece which I love and wanted another pair so I ordered these and they are terrible!
