UPDATE 31.12. After the first wash (drink spilled) the fingertip on the back started to come off a bit but the lighter couldn't fix anything after cutting off the excess. So a good tip for future buyers is to have a lighter handy to seal the edges before washing. (For those who have never done this, it won't burn/stain shoes. Just sweep the flame along the edges in a quick side-to-side sweeping motion. There's no time for heat damage.) It won't do that no more untangling at this point and this will definitely be done for the next pair I want to give him for his birthday 😁
