The best thing about this system is that it has so many features to help us achieve our goals of customer service excellence! I really appreciate how easy they make things for agents by having all their tools in one place, as opposed from using multiple programs or applications at once (which can be very confusing). It's not always intuitive when you're new but if you've used other softwares before then there shouldn't much learning curve because everything should look familiar after working elsewhere previously. We are able to keep track of performance data such as call volume/duration etc., which helps me stay focused during busy times without getting distracted too often since we have access to historical trends via graphs showing what was happening historically over time.
