False advertising/money back

The quality is normal, but the end of the cable that plugs into the phone is too loose, does not connect to the charger. It's supposed to be compatible with the iPhone 6s, but it's not. I have to remember to take the cable that came with my phone to charge it in the car. The company contacted me and refunded my money. There is no explanation why both cables do not fit.
