Honestly this charger broke after 2-3 weeks of use. I just stopped using my laptop because I've already cycled through a total of 3 chargers including the original charger that came with the kit. I've been working with an MSI GT70 ONC that worked with the original for a good 2 years before it broke down. I do not recommend this product to anyone as it clearly has some sort of problem, be it a laptop or a charger. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to try and replace the charger with the seller so I can't comment on their service. It arrived on time with no obvious "malfunctions" but broken nonetheless. I hope this isn't a trend with my laptop, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. But again, I can't recommend this purchase at the moment.
