I like that it's simple to use for both users who are newbies as well an advanced ones! It makes bug reporting so easy with its intuitive features which is great because my team has been using this software since 2016 but we still have many problems finding them in our code base when they exist (which sometimes means there isn't one).
The only thing i dislike about bird eates bug compared to other similar tools out their such as SonarQube or JIRA would be some of those filters aren’t available yet if you're looking at issues from old versions etc.. But overall everything works perfectly fine especially how user friendly things can get once your familiarized yourself more deeply into all these functions within BDBG. We've found lots of small errors throughout development process where most times people just ignore what was reported instead fixing actual issue by themselves without having us do anything extra than simply open up another tab/window while.
