This sling is more comfortable than a traditional sling. After trying 3 other hand slings, this one is quite comfortable, economical and easy to use. Due to my broken arm I didn't need a bandage so I didn't have to deal with it. The bag is quite roomy for my bulky cast/splint and I can put a small freezer bag in if needed. I like the bag too. The straps are easy to adjust but not soft. This stylish sling distributes the weight across my shoulders so my neck doesn't hurt. The only thing missing are soft straps.
