The main benefit of using this software over others we have used previously was its ease of use for non-technical users like myself. We were able to set up our first instance without issue but when it came time to add more instances or migrate some databases I had issues getting things working correctly. There are many different ways you can configure your database which makes setup fairly complex especially if someone else will be managing/maintaining it after initial implementation. It would make things very easy though! If you're looking at an enterprise solution then Mig21 may not fit best as there isn't much customization available once installed (at least compared to other solutions). However they do offer training so it should work out well regardless. Our goal has been to improve efficiency by reducing manual intervention within our HR system. This allows us better visibility into who does what across multiple functions and departments allowing greater agility during times of change such as new.
