This bluetooth keyboard case definitely met my expectations. I agree with other reviewers that the keyboard is a bit plasticky and the bottom under the keys gets in the way. However, what is understandable and acceptable is iLOVE's ability to completely remove the keyboard from the case, the small keys, and the slightly odd placement of some keys. The main reason I only gave it a 4 was that the screen's vertical position doesn't really stay stable - horizontally is fine.
