I have a fairly sensitive lower back. I also work for a technology company where we buy $1200 Aeron chairs; but when we became WFH we couldn't waste home furniture (yeah yeah, first world issues). Is this chair as good as the Aeron? Probably no. But it has pretty decent lower back support, enough flexibility (adjustable armrests, backrest, bottom recline and height), and a fabric/mesh back good enough to be a very reasonable replacement at an eighth of the cost. In a nutshell; If you can afford $1200 for a chair, go for something like Herman Miller; If not, then this is a very good replacement.
