This dress is quite flattering! The rose navy is not really navy - it is a brighter blue - but very pretty. I ordered a medium, and it fits perfectly. I'm about 150 lbs, 5'7", 31" waist, 41" hips, 34DD. It is more fitted on top, and flows out from a high waist to hide any middle imperfections. It hits just barely above the knee. I bought it for summer and Hawaii. It is soft rayon fabric, and I washed it in cold & air dried. If you want more of a loose/flowy feel than you can go up a size (though I don't know what that would do under the arms?) I'll consider buying more.
