Bought two of these to wear to soccer. I usually play 3 games a week and have been prone to ankle sprains my whole life due to ankle rotation. I hate wearing an actual ankle brace while gaming as it is uncomfortable and messy to touch so I decided to try it. Not only do these guys keep me from twisting my ankle as much, but they reduce the pain and damage when this happens, as well as overall post-game muscle soreness and boost confidence in the game. They are very thin and dense and therefore do not affect my touch at all. The only problem is that they are so thin and tight that they can easily wear out with being put on and taken off so many times, so you have to be very careful with them to avoid tearing. Also, do not tumble dry them, let them air dry.
