Very cute jacket for my opinion
I purchased this jacket to wear to reoccurring meetings for a charity organization. The jacket is really cute and flattering. There are no pockets (FYI). I am 4'11" and the sleeve length is perfect. It still sits a little above my wrist and is a really cute design. I was worried that the sleeves would be "billowy". This is not the case. I can sit in the meeting and take notes, etc without being annoyed.
