We utilize uni server for our business critical applications like ERP/CMS system to reduce costs. The support team is very responsive and helpful when we have any issues with their products or platform as well as their customer service department in general. I think that they are doing great job at solving IT infrastructure needs of small businesses especially those who don't want to spend too much money but also need advanced features such as virtual machines (VMs), containers etc., which can be expensive if you're not using them already from another vendor. They provide some free trial accounts so it's worth checking out how your application will work within Uni Server before purchasing full license! Our organization utilizes all different types of VMs - Windows OSes, Linux distros and Docker images among others.
