The pins are not included with this strap, I had the pins from my other strap but had to fiddle a bit to make them work, on the ends of the strap where the pins go there is a spring in the Inside that prevents the pins from slipping, I removed the spring and it works fine. The strap is quite long for a woman but the links can be removed, there is a video from another (more expensive) brand showing how to do it. I have a fairly small wrist and have done this before, all it takes is patience, a small screwdriver and tweezers with needles. In general I am satisfied with the group. I think it should come with pins going through the ends.
