Curls are completely wet but I give them 3 stars because they have a strong sardine smell and I've washed them about 5 times and the smell is still there. I'm really going to spray it with perfume ππ and with COVID going around the smell scares me Update: The smell is still there but it's not that strong anymore, now it just smells like cardboard which is much better
