Wrong formula! I've used this brand for years and love them, usually buy from Ulta but live in the country so thought I'd save a few bucks and time and order this. When it arrived I immediately compared and noticed some differences in the packaging/bottle of this product compared to the one I already had. When I first started using it there was a big difference in the formula. It didn't stick to my lashes or make them voluminous like it usually does. When wet, the "real" formula smudges, this formula crumbles. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and couldn't stand it so I went to Ulta to get a new one. I asked the counselor if they had changed the formula and she said she didn't believe in it and they usually let her know if there were any changes. When I started using the mascara I just bought from Ulta, it was the same Real Mascara I fell in love with!
