I like how it helps me set up my day efficiently by giving alerts for upcoming events or activities as well as reminding you about them when they are scheduled so i dont forget! It also makes finding available times easier than searching each individual calendar individually (which can be hard if there's more then one person working).
Not much dislike but would love some kind customization options such as being able to add your own notes/comments etc.. Also maybe have different views depending upon whether its work related versus personal? This has been great because now we don't need multiple calendars anymore since this saves us from having duplicate information stored across all schedules - just 1 place where everything goes instead.
