A month ago I had my nostril pierced and an L-shaped pin inserted. The bar kept moving, irritating the bump. I wasn't very happy with my piercing and was reluctant to go back to them to ask them to replace it, so I jumped at a chance after reading about the appropriate jewelry for a healing nose piercing (titanium implant, flat back lip only). and ordered here, only because of the fast shipping from Amazon. I am surprised to say that I am very happy with this decoration! I had to watch a video of the insertion but within 5 days of the insertion the irritation was gone and the bobby pin stayed in place. My piercing feels and looks much better. I also love the look of the gem and disagree with other reviews about it being tiny. The gemstone is actually slightly larger and more visible than the piece of jewelry I was originally pierced with. I have "white" and it's more of a turquoise color that I prefer.
