I needed something to transfer photos taken with a digital camera from a memory card to my phone. I've been using it for about a week now and everything works fine for me. This is a simple usage. I put the memory card in the slot, put it in my iPhone XR, go to Photos and choose Import. It shows all the photos on the memory card and I can select one or all, then they will be transferred fairly quickly depending on how many photos I am transferring. The more photos the longer it takes, but when I first used it I had about 100 photos selected and it took about a minute or so. I usually erase everything after the transfer, but if you don't, it just shows everything. again, it's still on the map. It shows what has already been transferred, which was nice when I forgot to delete some photos to avoid duplicates. The image quality looked degraded on the screen where I was selecting the photos to transfer, but once they were actually on my phone they looked fine. Please note that I only used it to transfer photos. I haven't tried the video. I use it every day and so far so good!
