If they work, they're fine. However, almost every third is defective. The "hook" or latch breaks when you try to insert the loose end into the latch. This happens regardless of whether you slowly pull the strap through or push it through slowly. The strap doesn't break, but the latch that allows you to tighten the strap does so before you wrap it around the wires you secure. A small percentage of failures is acceptable for zippers, but that's too much. Absolutely no deal with this level of failure.
