I really liked this fall while it lasted

I really liked this fall while it lasted. It was thin, stylish and protected my iPad well. I started using the case in November and in February the back corners of the case cracked and fell off. As a result, the case no longer hugs my iPad like it should. These are the corners closest to the lapel - small (2 x 1cm?) pieces that take all the tension of the cover along the long edge.
