The seller was very professional, shipping, delivery and the quality of the packaging and the product itself were top. That being said, I've tried several knee pads, bandages, and knee pads over the years and while this brace provides some support for a weak knee when needed, it really doesn't beat anything I've tried. Now it still tangles no matter how you adjust the straps which can pinch skin when rolled up due to the grippy material on the inside edges. It offers the same support as any other mount in a very broad price range. This means that the marketing associated with this product was compelling enough to make me buy it based on the possibility that I could get something better than most in this market than most. But I didn't. Overall the experience wasn't bad, but it ended up being a disappointing purchase. If you're looking for an orthotic for a little extra support, this is a great choice. BUT, if you're hoping to find something that offers more comfort, support and versatility than you're used to from other products? Save your money and go to the next level and look for better options.
