It's INCREDIBLY comfortable! I'm size S/M and it fits perfectly. They noticeably help to keep you warm! I was pleasantly surprised and didn't have high hopes. Now I love this brand and have knee length sleeves (which suit my very very large legs); I'm waiting for the gloves to arrive! However, the shoulder rest was too small. Okay, for the ankles, they're incredibly comfortable to wear. However, please note that according to the product label, the fabric composition is as follows: cotton (with geranium) 34%, nylon (with geranium) 33%, polyester (with carbon) 28%, lycra and spandex 5% (made in Taiwan). I wear them often, especially with the coming "chilly" weather making me a little sick. They really help keep my feet warm, and they're long enough that I can pull them up to my toes when I want "extra" coverage. They seem to help with my "slight" swelling. The "compression" is very light/simple. The product appears to be for stabilizing blood flow in that area rather than stabilizing the joint (it's not a bandage - I would call it a 'sleeve'). I use them a lot so I would definitely recommend this product. Be sure to measure correctly and of course, read reviews to find out what's important to you. These are: soft; easy to put on and take off; provide light compression; helps the joint feel warmer (if you've ever felt like your joint is actually an ice cube, you'll probably enjoy it as much as I do); offers light support. I can't think of any "cons".
