Works well and serves a useful purpose
I use this desk stand to light up my large scale meetings. Alternatively, I can also be used with a webcam. The beauty of this stand is that it doesn't take up any space on your desk compared to a webcam tripod. I have this stand on the back of my desk and thought it was great. I've found that I have to wiggle the ball and socket to get it seated properly so it doesn't move when I tighten the knob, but other than that it works fine.
