Very good product & amazing Customer Support

It is an easy to use tracking system that makes it incredibly simple for our customers of any experience level - especially first timers who are overwhelmed by other software options! The customer support received when solving problems within 24 hours after submitting ticket or emailing them directly via their live chat was also impressive too!! I wish there were more integration channels with different SaaS, like Salesforce (not supported), Zendesk (supported only if you have your own instance). If we need another channel such as Slack-like messaging app (maybe integrated into one window) please let us know otherwise not all clients will be able meet this request at once. But everything else works flawlessly in my honest opinion. As longs time ago stated before they started working together Moovex made life easier because now we can manage almost every aspect regarding incoming calls without leaving our office anymore which brings huge productivity upliftment factor so well worth investing. We have been using Moovex for over 5 years now, and it has never let us down! The team are always willing to go above and beyond what is required of them. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Moovex. If you need a company who will take care of your business, then this is the company for you. Their customer service is second to none. They treat their customers with respect and professionalism.
