This was my upgrade to a standard cloth tape measure without a case. I always had to roll it up, and just rolling it meant I was trying to rationalize how many times I had to pull it out. It was a great update. It unrolls easily after I'm done. The gold-plated case is very compact, but at the same time it is easy to find in the garbage. It never unravels or unwinds, so it's always nice and tidy. Almost 1000% updated.
