I love how easy it is to set up meetings with different people, using your contact list. The app also allows you to send invites via email, which is super helpful when you are trying to schedule a meeting with someones who doesn't have the app yet. Sometimes it can be difficult to see who's available at what times. It would help me out if my calendar was displayed as a public calendar instead of just visible to other members of my organisation. We use this app for scheduling meetings and we've definitely noticed the benefits of setting up our own calendars ahead of time so that scheduling meetings becomes much easier and less stressful.
