I'm 6'1", waist 33" and ordered the large one. There was a bit of extra material along the length of the legs and I was able to tighten the drawstring a bit to allow you to go up a bit in each dimension. I ran this morning and the temp was 29F (feels like 21F). Feet stayed warm but didn't overheat. Good absorption. The crotch isn't tight and feels like boxer shorts, but the fabric is still tight enough to show it all. I put my underpants on underneath. The side pockets easily fit an iPhone 13, while the zippered back pocket comes in handy if you need to take your keys or wallet with you.
