They really work!

I didn't know what to expect but these glasses really make a difference by softening the harsh effects of my screen activities. They also fit well and have a nice style. I've found them to be particularly effective in areas without natural light. Otherwise there was a slight reflection on the lenses, which was a bit annoying.
