As an underwater beetle this is a 5 star product. Great sound quality and happy to download Pandora channels/playlists as well as Audible etc. 1 star as a lap counter. I've spoken to support many times. They tell me it has to be placed right at the back of the head to be accurate. It's so picky "middle" can. This is accessed through the pool and should ideally be housed in a changing room with a mirror. At best, it now counts my rounds accurately 50% of the time. Hence it makes it unreliable. It usually stops counting at about 500 meters and then starts again at some point. Delphin would be SO great if it worked permanently. I still hope they update it and fix the reliability and small details. Update: Customer service is excellent. The latest update has greatly improved the accuracy of the lap counter! At the end of the 3000 meter swim I was only 100-200 meters behind. I really like that it tracks whatever exercises I'm doing.
