It is a nice costume for the price. My tall (5'8") and very thin daughter bought a medium hoping that the ties would let it fit her body and the extra size give her enough length. She certainly can cinch it in with the ties to look good BUT it comes at least 2.5" off the ground. If she were taking up more in the body it would be even shorter. Sort of disappointing as now she'll need to find shoes that will go with a medieval dress rather than any shoe that will be covered by the dress.
