We love Cienta and have a few of their shoes but this is the first time we have bought shoes from Amazon and the shoes have a button (we've always done velcro). The shoes were great for about a week, after that the button on the LEFT boot stuck. It wouldn't open no matter how I pulled; I tried to open it, my husband too, to no avail. I was very disappointed as the shoes were still brand new and I just had to get rid of them because of this small flaw.
