Very powerful sound from a small board. The distortion is almost lossless. I had a different bank setup for a mini BT/FM/aux receiver/amp built into the dash, so all I had to do was swap out the speaker wires and power supply. Uses my 12V-2A AC power source. Connected to a pair of 3" full range (60-20k), 90dB sensitivity, 4 ohm, 40W speakers (specs call for 50-100W input power). No noise issues (others who have reported this probably have the amp/ speakers connected incorrectly). ).Received Bluetooth from my Fire tablet, found device in seconds.Turned the volume to maximum on the tablet, then tried different volumes on the amp, also full on Classic Metal on Slacker (LiveXLive, I know ), there is no discernible distortion. The speaker specs recommend a passive radiator to improve the bass, this was just an outdoor test. Played Piano Jazz on Slacker, great sound. Really like the switch they used for the volume - only one on/off and volume control, on the first test I saw that the volume seemed to disappear well before the "off" position, probably due to use deten potentiometerwerts, I would give it 4.5, otherwise a total of 5. I have several power and 24v toroidal transformers which I can try with continuous current. It can be a desktop computer or a portable bluetooth speaker.
