Cable 5/5 customer service 0/5 I ordered 5 of these cables. Cables are strong and work well. No real complaints except that 2 out of 3 signal boosters that come with cables stopped working on first use. If I unplug the signal booster and use a cable I still get a great signal. I contacted the company and although they said they would send me new ones, almost a month later I still haven't seen them. It sucks, when they take your money they're fast, but if you spend money on them, they are much slower. Whenever I email them, it takes a week to get a response. For now I consider this a bonus when new amps come out. As I said, the cables are great and I don't really need an amplifier, but be careful if you have problems.
