Hard plastic bristles

It's just terrible! Hard plastic bristles. I didn't even let my son try it, he came back with the package demanding a refund. My son is autistic and uses a no-fuss electric triangular toothbrush for everyday use and found it to be perfect for travel so if it gets lost it's not a problem. I can't imagine a neurotypical child or adult using them, let alone a child with autism and a mental disorder.
